Slide Show

Post by Robert Schleif »

Is the documentation on Slide Show complete? I can't see how to add files for display, store a slide show, or run a slide show.

The help topic Creating a New Slide Show covers various ways of creating and adding files to a slide show.

The slide show is stored automatically in a .ssi (slide show index) file within the slide show folder. To run the slide show, double-click the ssi file or click the Run button in the main window.

Thank you. Maybe take this tool out of PWP or make its use as intuitive as most of the rest of PWP? Couldn't invoking File Open, adding image files to it, and then running it in batch mode all be put behind the scenes and performed by clicking on a button?

It looks like I answered the wrong question. The Slide Show feature within PWP is an obsolete feature that probably should be removed -- there is a separate slide show program available via the Downloads page.
