The changes (taken from the update log) are:

To prevent problems with installing Picture Window for more than one user on the same computer, the settings folder (normally located in My Documents\Picture Window Pro) has been relocated to the AppData folder (C:\users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Picture Window Pro). If the old folder is present, on startup Picture Window automatically copies all the files from the old folder to the new folder and then deletes the old folder. If you are not already doing so, I strongly recommend backing up your AppData folder regularly. Note that this folder is normally hidden so to see it in Windows Explorer you need to turn on the View option to show hidden files.
