Bug fix release 20-Nov-2018

I have posted a new release (20-Nov-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

When selecting images via an image menu, you can now select by clicking an image thumbnail in the image browser, but only while the image menu is open. If you click on an image thumbnail not in the image menu, PWP beeps and the selection is ignored.

Mask: fixed crash loading scripts including masks that used the mask paint tool.

Mask: fixed problem with mask not being erased on Reset from Amount control in some cases.

The hourglass cursor is now displayed while saving JPEG or TIFF files.

It does not work for me or I must have got it wrong. When I click on a thumbnail in the image browser, it just closes the image menu and and that is all.

This is what I do:
I open Layout, add a panel, expand the Color/Image list, click on the image in the image browser -> the image list gets closed and no image is selected.
