The Help shows only the index but no contents. Can anybody confirm?

Yes, I see that as well. Search works, returns a list of topics but can't open the content pages.

Same here... Index only from main program links to:
"C:\Program Files\Digital Light & Color\Picture Window Pro 8\Picture Window Pro.chm"
As a temporary work-a-round you could access the Help contents with a desk-top link to the *.chm file.

Did any or all of you experiencing this problem install an OS update recently?
I think the issue may be somehow related to what drive or folder the help file is located in. Anyone install to a folder other than the default?
Also what antivirus software are people using?

So I just uninstalled and then installed Alpha 8-May-2018. The .chm file is located in : C:\Program Files\Digital Light & Color\Picture Window Pro 8\Picture Window Pro.chm. I'm running Windows 10 version 1709 (OS Build 16299.371), with Windows Defender for antivirus.
When the ? button is clicked, a help file opens with only the index available - no content is shown. If I open the .chm file directly from File Explorer, the help file opens complete with content.
The ? button link worked just fine a few Alpha versions ago... Not sure what could have changed on my system in that time.

same observations as MarkT using...
A click on program/transform/tool "?"s results in only the Help index/search without any content texts. A desktop link ["C:\Program Files\Digital Light & Color\Picture Window Pro 8\Picture Window Pro.chm"]
to the chm file will provide content...
It is as if perhaps "Name="s tags are being ignored.

No change in OS, Win 7 Professional, 64 bit,
Avast antivirus
No changes while installing PWP8.

Found the problem - it was none of the above.
