Bug fix release 1.5-Aug-2019

I have posted a new release (1.5-Aug-2019).

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Fixed error message regarding missing SetThreadDpiAwarenessContext for versions of Windows before Windows 10 version 1703. Some high dpi monitor features may not work fully on older versions of Windows. If you have only one monitor or if your second monitor has the same scale factor as the main monitor, everything should still work OK.

The error message still appears.
Have to speed up my upgrade project :-)
