Levels and Color Transformation Custom Dynamic Range Isn't Preserved When Re-Opening Transformation

To reproduce:

1. Start PWP 8.0.524
2. Create Color Chart Test Pattern
3. Add Levels and Color Transformation
4. In the Levels and Color Transformation, drag the Highlight Slider left to darken image.
5. Close the L & C Transformation
6. Re-open the L & C Transformation
7. Note that the Highlight Slider is not positioned correctly
