UI improvement : File Open List, scrolling the file list and current file

It would be convenient to introduce keyboard shortcuts for scrolling the file list, without changing the current file, e.g. control UP and DOWN
These shortcuts would be in addition to the clickable vertical scrollbar arrow buttons.

Also useful :
Shortcuts for scrolling to the top or the bottom. (e.g. Ctrl Home, Ctrl End )
Shortcuts for scrolling by page (e.g. Ctrl Pg Up, Ctrl Pg Down )

Ideally, the keyboard shortcuts would be those used by Windows File Explorer and have the same effect ( Home, End, arrow keys )

Shortcuts for moving the current file, as indicated by a red dot, would be similar to those for moving the selected file in Windows.
