The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Various transformations with previews within the dialog box: The 2X button that switches the preview to 200% is now a toggle instead of a temporary change.

Export: added an Orientation setting to optionally convert the exported image to landscape or portrait orientation.

Measure Tool: control points are now numbered and if you press the corresponding number key, the display recenters on the corresponding control point. Additional key presses zoom in further.
