Image Re-Sizing Issue When Re-Opening Mask Dialog Box

To reproduce:

1. Start PWP 8.0.450
2. Add the Checkerboard Test Pattern
3. Open Mask Transformation
4. Create new mask
5. Click the Apply button (or close mask and re-open with Edit Transformation)
6. Note that Alt-MouseWheel no longer functions properly

OK, I thought you mean the red apply button in the mask dialog box.

Fixed for next release.
