Cloning Branch and Settings (Levels and Color)

I cloned the left branch. The right branch, at the Levels and Color step, produces different output (color balance) than the left branch. The Levels and Color settings in both branches (also, they were cloned, so they should be, I think, seem to be identical (Auto White Balance, with Medium Auto White Balance threshold in the Settings). Why the difference?

It looks like the difference crept in in Levels and Color, probably due to an auto color balance or something similar. What settings were you using and are they identical between the two versions?

I just tried something similar and the image were the same. If you open Levels and Color and accidentally click on the input image, the color balance is reset based on the color where you clicked and Color Balance is set to Custom. Make sure that both transformations are still set to Auto Color Balance.
