Mat and frame, tab Frame, Thickness' only > 0

It is legal to enter zero value into Width field but not to both Thickness fields. But as the fields accept only three digits behind decimal point, when a value like 0.0001 is entered, the last digit is cut off and the rest is accepted without complain. However, since then any further editing of the first three fields on the tab generates the error messsage pointing to the culprit field until its value is changed to > 0.

I have just found (one hour later) that when Mat settings are saved and loaded the values 0.001 reload as 0.000 and consequently the error message about illegality of the zero values pops up as soon as the Apply Or OK buttons are clicked on.
