Monitor Profile Desaturates Red & Green

I am printing on an Epson R1900 using Epson Premium profiles and PWP 5 controlling color. I created a monitor profile to correct a slight yellow shift and darkening. When I check the "Apply Inverse Monitor Curve' in the print dialog and print a test target, the print has reds and greens turning to shades of brown, yellows losing saturation, and blues appearing little changed. Grey scale looks little changed. Several attempts including updated printer driver yield the same results.
So I tried using color curves, options, inverse monitor curves, and then printing with 'Apply Inverse Monitor Curve' unchecked. Resulting print looks great showing the subtle brightness and color change I wanted.
What's going on here?

Did you mean to say you created a monitor profile or a set of montor curves?

I created a set of monitor curves. Sorry for the bad choice of words.

Can you email me a copy of the monitorcurves file? - then I can do some tests here.

I seem to be having a similar problem. I tried monitor curves on a sunset scene. I wanted better contrast in the darker tones. When I printed it was as if red/magenta was turned off. I printed a test without inverse monitor curve which was fine. Is there any news on this issue?

Thank you,
Kevin Kopchynski

We have found and fixed a bug that was causing this problem. It will be available in the next update.
