The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Curve controls: to edit the coordinates of a control point on a curve, instead of double-clicking on it, now right-click on it. This prevents accidental double clicks from bringing up the edit dialog box.
Amount controls: disabled double-click on Amount sliders since it was not working.
Added a new Glow transformation under Special Effects. This is typically used to blur the highlights of an image to give it a somewhat dreamy effect. A number of different settings are available to customize the look. See the updated help file or Transformations.pdf for details.
