The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Picture Window Pro:
Fixed problem in image browser causing possibly incorrect horizontal scrolling when a vertical scroll bar is present and a horizontal scroll bar is not.
Slide Show Viewer:
You can now drop shortcuts into the main slide show window to add images to the slide show.
Pressing and holding the Esc key while a slide show is loading now cancels the operation.
Fixed problem with transitions following a multi-frame slide.
