The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Flood Fill Mask Tool: fixed problem with Ctrl-Shift click to start a new flood fill operation. Also fixed problem with Undo of flood fill operation in some cases. Added error checks to prevent crash for illegal seed points.
Mask Paint Tool: fixed problem with certain mask paint operations not working correctly when creating 16-bit masks.
Quotes are now stripped from replacement pathnames when file is missing when loading a script.
Expand Dynamic Range: fixed problem causing black output image in some cases.
Added dithering of low order bits in masks when converting from 8-bit to 16-bit image data.
