The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Minor changes to ensure that when a new Mask dialog box is displayed, the images are zoomed to fit.

Warp transformation: holding down Shift no longer constrains control points to move horizontally or vertically. Now there is a tool bar in the upper right corner to perform this function.
