The changes (taken from the update log) are:

When running a script or a batch process and the dialog box comes up on a File Open asking what you want to do about a profile mismatch, if you do nothing for 30 seconds, it now assumes you want to convert to the working color space and continues. This facilitates unattended operation, but if you need to intervene manually to control the profile conversion, you still have 30 seconds to do so.

Crop transformation: added a button to let you shrink and offset a rotated crop box as necessary to make the entire box fit within the input image. Also, if the crop box is rotated, you can now drag it freely – previously its motion was limited.
