The changes (taken from the update log) are:
When saving and loading scripts, the information about whether an image has been saved or saved and modified is no longer reloaded. All images after loading a script therefore come up as unsaved.
Removed changes to File/Save Back introduced in 8.0.361 version as they were causing possible problems with saving files with incorrect metadata.
Speck Removal: fixed problems causing screen not to update correctly in some cases when only the input image was displayed.
