suggestion : Specify angle for the Displace transformation

Currently the transform only allows Horizontal and vertical displacements.
Suggestion 1 : specify angle for displacement using the angle selector widget.
Suggestion 2 : Allow computing the angle of displacement using a vector drawn on the input image showing the desired displacement, with masking. ( from-to points )
Example :
The displace transformation is used to fix a bad seam in a panorama stitch.
