Suggestion : Unify pointer shapes for dragging

When hovering over a draggable area,
the crop tool changes the pointer shape to an up arrow.
the mask editor ( e.g. circle, spline ) changes the pointer shape to a quad-arrow ( up, down, left, right ).
Suggestion : use quad arrow in all similar cases.
