The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Lines, Arrow, Text Tool: You can now drag the entire current line to a new location by Ctrl-Shift dragging it.
Gray histograms now display with bars that represent their brightness level. Fixed some problems with displaying RGB histograms. Histogram grids are now displayed behind the histogram, so they do not obscure any of the bars. Histogram backgrounds for gray histograms are displayed as a gradient which provides better with the histogram bars, and grid lines are drawn in a color that contrasts with the background. Histogram bars for hue, saturation, red, green or blue channels are now displayed in a color scheme compatible with the gradient strip just below the histogram. Histogram smoothing now works on histograms with colored bars. Updated help and various pdf files to include new features.
Curve controls: added an option to suppress the histogram grid.
