Scenario causing crash :
File - Open image
Insert other transformations ( warp, crop, resize )
Go back to file open
insert a Transformation - Tool - Speck removal
Shift-click to identify speck
Rotate mouse wheel to adjust speck size

PWP crashes

I observed PWP crashing twice in a row, the second time after PWP recovered the workspace

I am having trouble reproducing this here. Any chance you can email me an image file and a script file that sets up the workspace just before inserting the Speck Removal (and maybe a screen shot of the Speck Removal dialog box so I can see what settings you are using. I assume there are no masks in any of the transformations.

I reproduced the crash using a simpler scenario:
Create a dummy image using for example the wave transformation.
Invoke the tool "Speck removal" Create a few speck removal areas (using shift-left-click)
Choose the input and output preview mode
Repeatedly click on the Speck Radius scale ( faster than the computer can follow ) ... it could take many tens of clicks
