suggestion: menu when Right-clicking the image browser area background

Would it be possible to open a menu when right-clicking on the background of the image browser ? The action menu is for actions unrelated to a specific image in the browser area, such as "paste image from clipboard" and "close all images". This would be quicker than using the main menu bar.
