Suggestion: When using File Open, when multiple files are listed, Ctrl-A selects all files.

Ctrl-A is currently reserved for selection within text controls -- it should be possible to use it for other things but I have never figured out how to do so without it ceasing to work within text controls.

How about toolbar buttons or right-click menu items for "select all" and "unselect all"

I added a right-click menu.

Bear in mind that you can already select all by clicking on the first and then shift-clicking on the last file in the list. You can select none by clicking twice on the same file.
