File Open - Caption vs. Caption

In File Open, there is a Caption field, which refers to the Windows File Open title. There is also another 'Caption' (and comments) associated with File Open - the one that pertains to the title of the transformation thumbnail itself. I was thinking that perhaps renaming one of them (not sure to what, maybe 'Title' or 'File Caption'?) could better differentiate between the two?
