Amount Slider in Brightness Transformation Doesn't Work (8.0314)

To reproduce:
1. Open PWP 8 (8.0314)
2. Add Checkerboard Test Pattern
3. Open Brightness Curve Transformation
4. Lower right-hand Curve-Control Control Point
5. Note expected dimming of values on Display Preview
6. Slide the Amount Slider of the Transformation all the way left to the 0% point
7. Note that amount of the Transformation does not change
Also, when re-opening the Transformation with the Edit Transformation selection, the Amount Slider seems to work intermittently.
