An update is available to Version 8.0.296 (31-May-2022)
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Stack Images: fixed problem causing the Final Curve histogram not to be displayed when editing the transformation. Updated help file and Transformations.pdf to add that you can photograph the test pattern on your monitor when you use the Build Curves command from the Settings Menu.
