Custom testing patterns

There is already a whole bunch of useful test patterns in PWP. But there are other patterns that I'm attached to, which I could obviously display, but first, have to find... I was wondering if under 'Test Patterns' there could be an item akin to a 'custom test patterns folder'? This is really v. low-level request...
