Workspace Recovery

Several times in the past few weeks, PWP has crashed (when I can reproduce the crashing, I'll report on it). On restarting PWP, I'm asked if I want to recreate the workspace. When I answer yes, the script runs, but cannot find the original input file. Perhaps this information is sufficient to track down the problem of finding the file. If not, after the next crash I'll send the backup workspace script before running it.
