Line and arrow tool : slope and velocity handles (and control points) out of image area

Currently it is impossible to move the handles beyond image borders to control slope and velocity of a point near the borders.
Request 1 : Allow slope and velocity handles to be located outside of the image area.
It would even make sense to allow the line itself to wander off image.
Request 2 : Allow the control points to be located outside of the image area.
Per existing behavior, the result crops the line to the image area.
