During usage of composite tool, 4-point warp adjustment went berzerk.

Most data disappeared from the dialog box.

There are singularities in doing a perspective warp if you place control points right on top of or extremely near each other. I do have code in place to check for this case, but apparently it is not foolproof. If you use the transformation normally, this situation does not occur.
