The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fan transformation: added a Method control with two options: Fan and Full Circle. Full Circle is optimized for the special case of wrapping an image to a full circle.
Fixed problem causing crash when loading saved scripts that contain references to alpha channel masks in File Open transformations from other transformations.
Transformations.doc: updated description of Bilateral Sharpen and some of the other sharpening transformations to correct some minor errors and supply additional material.
