Mode tool bar (Scroll/Magnifier/Readout/Histogram/Palette): fixed problem with wrong button depressed in some cases after dragging the main window to a second monitor.
Fixed image display misalignment for images zoomed in beyond 1:1 and which are not 8-bit black and white.
