Feature request: touchpad scrolling using two-finger touch

When using a touchpad, while touching using two fingers, the image does not scroll, as I was expecting.
In MS-Word and MS-Excel, the two-finger down gesture scrolls the document.

As far as I know, this is not handled by the application - check out the touchpad control panel for more settings.

I fully updated Windows-10 and updated all the Dell Vostro 5590 drivers.
Two-finger scrolling works as expected in many applications, including :
Word
Excel
Pdf-Xchange (document editor)
In Picture Window Pro 7, two-finger up-down movements do scroll vertically, but not horizontally.
In PWP 8, with two-finger down touch, up-down movements adjust the zoom factor, and left-right has no effect.
