An update is available to Version 8.0.165 (11-Oct-2020)
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Mask Paint Tool: fixed problem causing initial shift-click on input image to not paint.
File Open: fixed problem causing PWP to ask on profile mismatch even if set to convert without asking.
Levels and Color transformation: added items to Settings menu to let you adjust the dynamic range and auto white balance thresholds.
Readout tool: added red, green and blue highlight/shadow warning indicators.

Re: Levels and Color transformation changes... Cool! A discreet and flexible solution.

Would the Low Dynamic Range correspond to the previous 0.01% of the brightest pixels in L&C and the Medium and High increase from that?

The thresholds for DR are low = 0.0001, medium = 0.00005, high = 0.00001
The thresholds for AWB are low = 0.0005, medium = 0.05, high = 0.01

Just want to make sure that I get it right:
For DR the low --> medium --> high threshold progression includes an increasingly lower fraction of the brightest pixels (0.01% --> 0.005% --> 0.001%) in the average to guess the white point.
I'm not sure if I understand the values for the AWB - is the Low one expressed as a fraction and the other two as percentages, but then the medium would be the same as low...

The AWB threshold determines what fraction of the brightest pixels in the image are averaged to determine the white point. Higher threshold averages more pixels by including some that are not as bright.

So for DR higher thresholds include fewer pixels and for AWB higher thresholds include more pixels? I was looking at the values above, but I wasn't sure...

Yes that is correct.
