An update is available to Version 8.0.148 (15-Sep-2020)

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Added Themes to allow customization of colors of various user interface elements. To select or edit themes, use the new Theme… button at the top of the File Preferences dialog box. For details, see the new help file.

Show Clipped Highlights & Shadows: fixed algorithm for Any/All Channels Clipped and changed icons to be more intuitive.

Theme and Font Size are now accessed via buttons in File Preferences. Dependency Colors was removed from File Preferences as this can now be handled via a custom theme. Workspace color was also removed as it is now part of the current theme.

New help file, bitmaps and theme files require a full install.

Tint: fixed problem with 16-bit black and white input images.

What range of colour choices for UI! I almost regret having them all because now all I will be doing is perfecting the PWP look... Thanks.

One comment: on my smallish screen, the Theme control panel is a bit too long and I don't see all the options at the bottom of it (Quick Pick Grayed Button Background is the last I can see).

I figured out that if I temporarily reduce the font size I can see all settings even on the small screen - so it's all good - the changes are not done often and can be saved as presets.
