The message Clone input image does not match original image dimenstions. Clear all cloning?
opens every time you edit image dimensions upstream of Clone transformation even though you have already confirmed the clearing and all the cloning strokes were undone.

In fact, Clone thumbnail alone without any cloning strokes is enough to cause the message to pop up and ask you if you want to clear all cloning.

1. add Crop
2. add Clone and do or do not some cloning, click OK
3. go back to Crop, edit it, click OK -> the message pops up - click OK to confirm to clear -> any cloning is cleared
4. reopen the Clone -> you get the message again even though the cloning was removed
5. Use Reset command or just close the Clone dialog using Cancel, OK, or X button -> now you can reopen Clone without getting the message
6. go back to step 3, edit the Crop, click OK -> you get the message, etc..

version 26-Aug-2019

The message still pops up at the situation described at the steps 3 and 4.
The difference is that now, unlike described in the step 2, there has to be done some cloning before re-editing the Crop.

1. add Crop
2. add Clone and DO some cloning, click OK
3. go back to Crop, edit it, click OK -> the message pops up - click OK to confirm to clear -> the cloning is cleared
4. reopen the Clone -> you get the message even though the cloning was cleared in the previous step
5. close the Clone dialog

After you close the Clone dialog the message no longer appears.
