Bug fix release 9-Apr-2019

I have posted a new release (9-Apr-2019).
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Cloning a side-branch in the image browser now works slightly differently – all cloned images are created with bypass off, even if the original image had bypass on. This fixes the problem of bypassed images being cloned incorrectly.
Added 4 new keyboard shortcuts – Alt-Left, Alt-Right, Alt-Up, Alt-Down to scroll the main image area. These are useful if you need to scroll while cloning or using some other retouching transformation and do not want to use the Alt-drag scrolling method.
Add Border, Composite, Difference, Filter, Frame transformations: added warnings when converting images to working color space.
Removed redundant ask to convert to working color space when opening an image from an image menu.
