I have posted a new release (14.5-Feb-2019) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.

If you have already installed 14-Feb, then all you need is the exe file. Otherwise you need to download and run the full installer.

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Fixed serious bugs in loading and saving Preferences.

Okay, so deleting the settings.preferences file and installing the new (14.5) version has PWP8 back in business.

However, the option to "Ask for options on save" will not stay un-checked...

I am not seeing this here. Can you be a bit more specific about when this happens?

Never mind, I found it.

I will upload a new version as soon as I fix some problems I also found in Export.
