Jpeg Saves: 'File\Save As...' & 'Transform\File\Export'

1) File\Save As...
When 'Show summary info after save' is checked and another 'Save again" at different JPEG settings (Quality) is desired... ...could the Quality slider remain at the previous setting rather than defaulting to 100%. PWP7 will remember the previous quality setting on a subsequent save.
2) Transform\File\Export
Would it be possible to add 'Chroma Subsampling' quality options to an Export Jpeg save making it essentially duplicate the settings of a File\Save As jpeg save?
