The Layout list is rather hard to read

When you have a big number of thumbnails it is difficult to get oriented in the layout list of Color/Image control.

For example I cloned a branch and wanted to load the last item of it (no. 90) to Layout.
It took me quite some time going repeatedly up and down staring in the list before I finally found it in the following sequence: 18,88,89,90,65
I understand that items in each each branch are numbered in the ascending order beginning its branch box. But the more branches you create and more cloning or moving you make the more difficult it is to read the list.

By the way, the complete list of 90 items starts with no. 20 and ends with no.1.

In PWP 7 a current image was always the first in any list. Could it be implemented into the Layout list? If so, it would also be convenient to keep the Layout window open and not to minimize it while thumbnails are clicked on in the branches.

Or I can imagine the list to be numbered just from no.1 to the last in ascending or even descending order because the latest images will probably be the final ones and might come first in the list.

Or perhaps the list might at first contain only the numbered branch boxes and after selecting a branch box the filtered sub-list of its items would be displayed.

I have added a feature for the next release that lets you select images by clicking on their image browser thumbnail when an image menu is open. Clicking on an image that not listed in the menu beeps and is ignored.

I will look into sorting the image menu by image number at some future date.
