Bug fix release 24-Sep-2018

I have posted a new release (24-Sep-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Posterize: Autopalette and Refine Palette now close all open color pickers.
Fixed problem restoring saved settings for Amount controls with no mask but with values < 100%.
Mask: fixed problems with HSV H and HSV L in mask curves tool.
Curve Display: center horizontal and vertical lines of grid are now double width.
Color Curves: fixed a number of problems with RGB All mode
Extensive internal rewrite to eliminate fixed limits on the length of command lines and the number of settings they can contain. It is likely that I made a few typing mistakes, so be on the lookout especially for errors regarding illegal settings or command lines.
