Advanced sharpen preview disappears

Advanced transformation - tab Sharpen,
with the Display Preview or Display Side by Side button set to ON:
- set Sharpen Amount and click Compute entire image
- move Sharpen Amount slider left or right -> the inbuilt preview disappears
- to get back a preview you need to turn on the Display Preview buton
The transformations with the new button for computing the entire Output image seem to have their preview buttons out of synchronization. With the following default combination the synchronization button has nothing to do:
Display Side by Side - OFF
Synchronized Scrolling - ON (should be hidden like in other transformations)
with the Display Preview or Display Side by Side button set to ON:
- set Sharpen Amount and click Compute entire image
