I have posted a new release (30-Jul-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file. You will need to do a full install to get the new Close All Images bitmap.

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Made Tool menu a submenu of Transformation.

Added an icon on the main tool bar for Close All Images.

Added keyboard shortcut: Ctrl-D to cycle between image browser only, main image area only or both.

Fixed problems with various transformation probes not being restored when clicking the title bar.

Thanks for the Ctrl+D shortcut.
I alternately use the mouse with my left hand and the tablet pen with my right hand. It would be comfortable if there also was a shortcut for the right hand to cycle through the three browser and image options, for example Ctrl+K or something.
Sorry for not having it suggested before.
