Small preview size after cloning a side branch

Before you clone a branch in a multiple branched workspace, you may need to drag the browser vertical dividing bar way to get to the branch to clone. This naturally makes the image preview small. After you clone the branch, you move the browser dividing bar back to enlarge the preview.

If you now go to the cloned images below the cloned branch box, they all have inherited and preserve the initial small preview size before the clone step.
If you go to the input image you cloned the side branch from, it keeps its small preview size as well

To refresh the preview size of all these images you need either to move a bit the vertical dividing bar or click the "Zoom to fit" button for each of them.

Would, for example, an additional command Zoom all to Fit in the local menu of a branch box be an acceptable solution for the cloned images?
Or could they be Zoomed to fit as a last step of the cloning process?

A couple of suggestions...

1) The image browser scrolls so you can move over without resizing it.

2) You can temporarily expand the image browser to full screen using the group of 3 buttons in the main tool bar that show image browser only, image only, or both with a divider between them.

I am aware of the browser horizontal scrolling bar, but if a branch has side branches with their own side branches, etc., scrolling will not give you the whole picture, unless you move the dividing bar more or less to the right.

The second suggestion looks more useful. I am now wondering why I have been overlooking the 3 buttons even though I have been aware of them all the time too. Thanks.

One more thing I forgot to mention in the initial post.
The cloned images do show small in the narrowed preview window when clicked on, but not the source images from which they were cloned (or any images in the other branches). When they are clicked on, they display zoomed to fit even inside the narrow band of the preview window.

I have now tried the 3 buttons and there seems to be a bit similar problem.
click Show browser only
clone a branch
click Show both image browser and image -> you see an image in the preview window belonging to the newly cloned branch box

Now click on each of the cloned images -> the preview window is empty unless you move the dividing bar or click Zoom to fit or 1:1 buttons in the preview window for each of them.

Finally click on the branch box you cloned from -> the preview window is now empty although it was not before you cloned the branch box. Could this be a clue to the empty image previews?

It looks like the scroll bars are not working properly, so you can't get to the rightmost part of the tree by scrolling. I will look into this when I get a chance.

Actually, you can still get there using the up, down, left and right arrow keys by traversing the tree.

Also, I see that after you resize the main image area, while the current image is zoomed to fit, new images you click on are not automatically zoomed to fit. I'm not seeing empty images. I could force all images to be zoomed to fit when the image area is resized, but that would undo all zooming and scrolling you may have done up to that point. Maybe it should be a separate command.

The scroll bars are OK. What I ment was that if the branch to clone was too wide to fit with all its side branches into the browser window, I just widened the browser by dragging the bar to the right.

One more comment or rather a question. Would it be possible to use, for example, the Tab key to toggle between these 3 three buttons in the main menu?

Some more observations regarding the empty previews.

1. turn off the preview window using "Show browser only" button
2. go to the branch box to clone from - image no 1, the branch box left to the highlighted one
3. clone a side branch from it
4. turn on the preview window using "Show both image browser and image" button:

-Image no. 1 shows the part of the preview after the "Show both image browser and image" was clicked. The current image is highlighted.
-The other three image show the empty preview window after they were clicked on.
-The image no. 4 shows that even the image to clone from has no preview when clicked on. This happens most of the time but not always.

If you click on a cloned image to make it current (image 2 or 3) before you turn the preview window on, their preview will also be then displayed.
