Bug fix release 4-Jun-2018

I have posted a new release (4-Jun-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Rewrote scratch removal algorithm to be more efficient – should fix problems reported earlier about program hanging with large radius settings. Speck and scratch removal now display single circle or rectangle in overlay instead of two concentric ones. Fixed various bugs in scratch removal.
Fixed problem with saving profiles in TIFF files – PWP7 (and presumably other programs) were unable to recognize the saved profiles.
