Bug fix release 14-May-2018

I have posted a new release (14-May-2018) in full installer and executable-only. No changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed problem causing crash in Line & Arrow tool when clicking on input image.
Fixed problem in Line & Arrow causing overlay not to be reliably displayed when preview button clicked.
Fixed crash on shift-click on amount control thumbnail.
Fixed a number of problems causing crashes when closing transformation dialogs when other images referred to the output image as auxiliary inputs or as masks. Now you can no longer leave a transformation dialog open and switch to another image unless the dialog was opened by double clicking on an existing image. This prevents going back to the open dialog and canceling out, effectively deleting the image, while other transformations still refer to it. Also, closing an image from the image browser no longer gives you the option of closing just the current image if the output of the transformation is referred to as an auxiliary input or mask in another transformation.
