Difficulties converting RAW Images

I recently purchased a Canon G7X. I am getting a significant color shift when I try to convert RAW images using the 64 bit version of Picture Window 7. It is likely user error but I need to rule out that PW is not the culprit. JPEGs look fine but not the images generated from Canon .CR2 files. Does anyone have any ideas?

The Canon G7x is not supported in PWP 7.0.14. It will be supported in the next update which is in final testing now and will be released soon. Please watch the message board for the announcement.

Yes, the Nikon D810 is supported in the update.
