The autorange feature embedded in the Curve control uses 0.05% thresholds for both black and white. Note that, unlike the Autorange transformation, it is a one-time adjustment and does not re-evaluate the black and white points if the input image changes.

I changed the tool tips for the 4 buttons for the next release.
