Layout, panels went out

Create a panel near the most lower left corner of the page.
Duplicate that panel with the + button several times, the panels are created in a cascade and soon go out of the page area.
The first few can be grabed by clicking near the border, but soon they are not to grab with the mouse anymore.
Should'nt the casade be "reflected" at the border of the page so all panels would be accessable ?

This has been fixed for the next maintenance release. New panels are now added to the right if there is no room to add them below the current panel. If necessary panels that move beyond the right edge can be made visible by increasing the layout size.
